Update: back again, still great service and amazing ice cream. First time at this particular Graeter's. First, make sure you sign up for their rewards program. In addition to special promos like a free ice cream cone, you get a free sundae on your birthday with 2 scoops of ice cream. That's what brought us in today a birthday ice cream treat plus a free cone. $0 paid. At any rate. You'll want to visit anyway because their ice cream is great. Service was nice as usual, they seem to advocate for a positive experience and staff seem to like working at most Graeter's I've been too. Nice location. A couple of extra notes, the whip cream is thick, not cool whip, but actual whipped heavy cream. The butterscotch and caramel are also better than normal. They are also known for the chocolate chips in their ice cream. They are more like chocolate chunks and delicious. Can't go wrong here. Pastries are also excellent.

It s a nice place for ice cream and enjoy time with friends and family. The space is large, atmosphere was fresh and clean. I went here when Valentine is going up and saw they sell the lovely gifts. You can get the wonderful gift here for your love.

First time here. We came here after grabbing delicious pizza right next door. This place is huge on the inside with so much to choose from. They have shakes, bakery items, sundaes, waffle cones, and more. They also have tons of seating if you are looking to relax and unwind while eating desserts. Great place to bring the kids.

Very tasty local ice cream shop. The Graeter’s only can find on OH, KC, IL. I went there on the Friday night which full of families. That is very amazing experience for me.

Recently dined at this Graeters for a sweet treat after a meal. We were treated very well by Bella, and had a taste of consistently quality Graeters ice cream. Great experience!

The Ice-cream is great as always! Best strawberry ice-cream ever (in my opinion), also apple pie filling on top vanilla or sea salt carmel is awesome! The hours are so convenient and the store is kept neat and clean. So many options and a great location! The most friendly and hard working staff make visiting here all the more better! We return often and look forward to our ice-cream dates. They are often busy and that is for obvious reasons, because this location is worth the visit!

Love the ice cream here. It is rich, creamy, and definitely not the soft serve stuff. You can really taste the quality. Always a treat to stop by.

The usual Graeter’s. Easy to find a spot to sit and savor your delicious ice cream. We tried few new varieties and they were amazing. Parking easy and it is an easy in and out spot. Definitely a treat and recommended. Awesome to see the same quality of delights everywhere.
